Rant! HOA "storing" issues.

Maybe a different storage facility. I understand it is frustrating. We are battling some temporary basketball hoops.
HOA says get a strong majority on the street that agrees to allow. 75% was not enough, request denied. Kicker is they say can't modify rules because it is a city street. So we will now ignore the HOA and reply to next notice that they declared no jurisdiction. It is clearly not allowed in the rules we are just trying to modify temporarily while the 20 kids on our street use these hoops every single day. On going battle for over five years so far....
