Our HOA allows us to park an RV on our property as long as it is 30' back from the curb. Mine is 30.5' back, just to be sure. We occasionally use it for guest overflow but I don't keep it hooked up to my sewer "cleanout". Neighbors have parked RVs in the street for 3-4 days and nobody complains, I sure don't. We live in an airpark and there are lots of RV owners. There's a couple of houses currently for sale here, if you're interested....
