You are either actively packing or it is storage. Try a pack and roll and see how it goes.
And yes you probably have one of those annoying busibody neighbors that feels obligated to report everything. You have to live with it or move. Goes with the territory.
X2 I do most of the maintenance at the storage lot. My storage lot has a wash bay that lets me wash and wax the trailer. I have a 2000 watt generator I can use when necessary,
