There's no way I would live in a HOA community, but I do live in a city. The city codes say that you can't park an rv or boat in the driveway in front of your house. The funny thing, there is a motorhome parked in a driveway close to the roadway of a major street nearby for about two years now. The mh has a full cover over it. Maybe no one has complained about it or code enforcement didn't see it (not likely), but I thought it strange that its been there so long. Maybe you could try to disguise your rv.
