IMO those types of organizations always have people that feel the need to boss someone around. Every neighborhood has its share of whiners that are always complaining about someone else. Nosey neighbor types. Nothing makes them happy except to see someone else suffer. In reality what real reason is there to complain about having a 5'er sitting there for a day or two. I don't live in an HOA neighborhood and never would for all the above reasons. There's too many a-holes in the world w/o power. Those A-holes are the 1st to join an HOA group IMO.
