The "something" that has changed is a neighbor that has read his HOA and there is NOTHING 'written' in the rules about a verbal for 72 hours! :W
I'd first take a verbal agreement about getting pardoned from being executed at noon before I'd believe any verbal agreement pertaining to an HOA!! :B
Seriously though hearts out to anyone that has to deal with HOA'a and owning an RV it sucks on so many levels and is just pure nonsense on the part of the neighbors complaining.
