Raptor 31sf generator question

I have a 31sf raptor and had a generator installed. They installed the drain plug directly over the frame rail. They tell me this is the way it should be but you can not drain the oil where this is located. Does any body have this problem or has a31 with a generator that you could supply s photo of the drain plug

    Northern tool sells a hand pump hydralic oil remover, i have one, works perfect on our Onan 4000 genny and never a mess.

    Buy one, great tool!!

    Sounds like lazy engineering but that doesn't help you out now. Can you even access the drain plug at all? If you can't I'd say it's a warranty issue as you should be able to access it plug. As for draining the oil once the plug is removed, see if you can modify an oil funnel, but that's still make shift to solve a problem created by Keystone.
