Correct.......
Green wire.....ground...round pin (top)
White wire.....neutral...flat blade (bottom)
Black wire.....Hot--120V...flat blade (side)
Red wire.......Hot--120V...flat blade (side)
Red & Black interchangeable....doesn't matter which blade on side you connect them to
