50amp on RV, how to plug in at home?
I have a 50amp Wildcat, just pulled into driveway for first time. Was going to sleep in tonight with boys, but the AC keeps breaking the house breaker. I have the 50amp plugged into 3 prong dog bone...

Everyone can do what they want to do as far as I'm concerned, but to answer Bumpy's question "what's the difference in cost?" The answer is $53.06 retail.
Am I going to spend $50,000 for an RV and then cheap myself out about $53.06? I doubt it, but to each their own.
And no Bumpy, I'm not trying to start a $*$#$ contest, but often times doing the whole job doesn't cost much more than doing 1/2 the job. I'm not soliciting electrical work either!!
