I have used an air bag hitch and had bags on my last truck. They help equalize the weight and absorb shocks, bumps and equalize height differences. I will try air shocks on my trailer later. I have used a shock absorber kit on my last trailer. All of these device help make the ride better by smoothing out the ride and protecting against damage.
