Something to check. Be sure you are getting really good air flow both in the condensing unit and through the evaporator coil. While not as important for heat, AC requires that you have good air flow. Clean filters, all duct work open, no collapses, good fan. Up top make sure the condensing unit is clean, fins are not bent closed and so on.... You can leave the fan switch in the ON position for AC. Have you had this unit serviced where they hooked the gauges to it?
