Who ever suggested not buying a TT as a first RV is crazy. We have owned a MH, four TT's and now a fiver. Each has a lot of,pluss and were great during our time of life. Now the fiver is our RV of choice. As a first a TT is probably the best choice. Guaranteed you will not find an ideal RV the first time. A TT can be bought cheap and towed by lots pf reasonable trucks and SUV's. Whereas a fifth wheel generally require more truck to haul.
