Cant for the life of me figure out how to fill water tank?

Didn't know I would need to fill the tank then move the valve back to city water. The manual we received was very generic and was not much help at all. Im gonna try the new info out and see what happens. How do I tell when the tank is full, Im assuming by looking at the tank panel that has the other tanks info (gray water, black water levels)
