My TV is a 2013 Chevy 2500 Duramax. What's the best way to tell if it's got the factory hitch prep?

I checked the door sticker and it says GVWR 10,000, the front axle is 5600, and the rear is 6200. Does this mean my max capacity for RV, passengers, and such is 10,000?
