KZ Inferno 4012T water freezing?

I have a 2009 KZ 4012. The water pump is behind the water valves and sewer dump valves in the left pass through compartment. You must remove the screws thaty holdthe plastic panel in place, swing it out a little and you can access the pump and filter there. Mine didn't have a shut off to drain the water tank, had to put my own on the drain hose under the trailer. You will find there warrenty is outstanding, they will bend over backwards for you.
