With info I found out from other sources, you are correct.
The Lippert SBS (Sealed Bearing System) has a 49mm inside dia. same as spindle. The Dexter NEV-R-LUBE has a 50mm id.
Outside dia. are the same at 84.5
Don't give up. Keep up the pressure and you might get them to send you a replacement drum assy.
