Manufacturer published vs actual PW and loaded PW's

2013 Voltage 3905 and a 2010 F450 on the cat scale. Toy hauler was empty and scaled at 16,200 with a PW of 3240. By empty I mean we had come back from camping and unloaded clothes and food and completely drained all the tanks. We still had our pots, pans, lawn chairs, first aid kit and those kinds of things still in the trailer. I thought my 2000 F350 SRW could handle it, but I was wrong.
