There are some ceramic paints (regular paint with micro-sized ceramic beads embedded in it) that can reject heat in a huge way. I know Dicor makes a product for EPDM roofs called CoolCoat that they claim can reduce solar influx 30%. There are also ceramic paints you can use on the tops of slide-outs.
