I will be very interested in the replies to this question, I have a 2014 Crossroads Cruiser that I recently moved my spring pack to the lower holes on the four hangers. Like Showme 5vr my center hanger with the Trailair equalizer does not have a lower hole. Since doing this we have a noticeably rougher ride, there seems to me more lateral movement. Don't know if I should put things back or modify the center hanger to see if that improves the ride. I didn't think that a 1" to 2" change in height would have changed the ride that much.
