I towed my fw nose high for 8 years with my 07 dodge without issues. Just blocked the tires to level at the campsite. I was probably 1/4 bubble off a well.
I purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 and had to raise my fw. I moved the springs form under the axle to the top. I was riding 30" front and 18 rear" until the trailer lift. Now it rides level.
