The photo I posted is of the damage before the service center "repaired" it. I'll post a photo of what they did this evening. I've been reworking it and using dicor to basically do the job they should have done in the first place on this "repair". They refused to turn it in as a warranty claim when I requested they do so, and then they pushed that it was clearly an insurance claim and I need a whole new roof. We have a week long vacation planned pretty soon and I don't want this thing in the shop because then I'll never get it back in time to get on the road. In the meantime, after reading the comments above, I will put together an email to Keystone customer service telling them my story and sharing photos. At this point, because of the "repair" work, I doubt they'll do anything. But at least I will have tried....
