I just cleared a clog in mine. I determined the clog was between the check valve and the tank by disconnecting the hose at the check valve and blowing air into the line. It would not blow out into the tank thus I knew the clog was between the valve and tank. I disconnected the elbow fitting at the tank where the hose connects and it was packed(you can imagine what with-nasty). I cleaned it out, reinstalled and it now works fine. I have not always used the san t flush when I drained the tank but for now on, I plan on running water thru it to make sure it clears any crud out of there.
