TST has had the greatest customer service. Had a monitor problem, they replaced it. No questions.

Agreed x2. I stupidly broke the wire for the small antenna that screws onto the unit. I asked TST if they would repair it if I sent it in. They said sure. I sent it in and received a brand new unit with a free range extender within days. They even transferred my settings to the new unit.
