Another serious issue is the potential damage to the wood behind the skin due to it being saturated with water over a period of time. That also can create a mold (family health) issue.
I would be very serious with dealer about getting that leak fixed ASAP. And then when they say it is fixed, I would make sure my unit is exposed to rain every time it rains. And then watch and make sure the leak is fixed.
If the dealer drags this thing out, then I would be in direct contact with Jayco and request they either take it back to factory and handle or request them service it at a large nearby Jayco dealer.
Another consideration is get educated on your states lemon law. Based upon that education, you may choose to go that route. Even mentioning it, in a professional way, may get your dealers attention.
