OK here we go.
-Complete new middle section of frame was installed (gusset to gusset)
-all connecting bracing which travels from one side to the other was new and welded together (very good welds by the way)
-An additional "outrigger" was installed on both sides of the trailer between the two axles.
-Bracing was welded onto the bottom of the c-channel frame extending from the bottom up to the lateral bracing extending about 1 foot from frame to cross member
-spring hangers were reattached/welded to bottom of frame with an additional 1/4 piece of steel used as backing to provide 100 percent surface area to be in contact.
-there are 3 spring hangers (double axle) / shackle hangers located on each side of the trailer for a total of 6. A piece of 2x2 tube steel was installed from one hanger to the other located on the other side of the trailer. This is to prevent any side to side movement when the trailer axles are cutting during a turn.
thats about the extent of it. on the inside i know what they fixed but i cant figure out how. All of the cabinets line up, tv is perfect, beds operate smoothly, complete new floor from vinyl back to ramp door. no signs of any fix to be detected.
There was a tongue problem. which means that it was a weight problem, however my trailer has the beefed up tongue already they did not touch it.
I will try to get some pics up
