ready for a better hitch...B&W or Anderson Ultimate

Story: I'm not happy with My Curt Q16 hitch, lots of slop starting and stopping, chucking on un-even roads...althought this might not be the hitches fault. When Starting and stopping I can see...

Since it didn't happen with out pictures...here they are...tow test next weekend.

No pins on the Head like other are talking about to lock. So, I either have to remove the head and place in basement, or run my locking cable through the head to secure it to the base rails.
