Real world toy hauler weights

Hi, I just purchased a 2016 escalade esv with a 6.2 and 8 speed transmission. I have a 5th wheel now that I pull with my duramax. I was thinking abouthe down sizing to a bumper pull toy hauler that I could pull with my escalade and my truck. When being pulled with the escalade it would only haul bicycles and when I need the golf cart I would use the truck to haul it. The dry weight on the trailer we are looking at is 6700lbs, the max tow on the escalade is 8150. what is the real world weight of a toy hauler with a normal load? I know this is not a solid number but what do you folks weigh when loaded vs unloaded. BTW no kids just dogs, my wife and me. Usually weekend trips. GVWR on trailer is 10,000lbs or so.

Tongue weight on a bumper pull is a problem. Most are going to be in the 1500# range empty then they get a tad lighter when loaded.

Interesting, I didnt think about that but i get it. The escalade has auto load leveling rear suspension with magnetic ride control but i havent used it on anything to know how well it works...thank you for your input ill have to search out the capacity.
