Our 38ft 5th wheel has a rear kitchen. In 20 years of travel there has been some tossing of stuff but nothing to worry about. I can remember only one dish broken.
We have been on some rough highways, desert dirt roads and over speed bumps. One bump on a highway my DW following in her car, said she was sure all four tires on the 5th wheel came off the ground.
We actually get the most movement of stuff in the bedroom over the 5th wheel. Mostly from quick stops in traffic.
