I have a Jayco Eagle with rear kitchen. Before any road trip everything has to be stored very well or it will be on the floor after the first couple of miles. Without fail my drawers will all come out and anything left in the sink will fly out. A few weeks ago we went to Ocean City MD and forgot to remove the stopper from the sink. When we arrived at the CG, I found the sink stopper on the floor right outside the front bedroom. I also had some mounting problems with my microwave coming loose from all of the bouncing.
We really like the layout with the RK making it easy in/out without going thru the trailer to get s drink from the fridge or a snack.
I think you either love a rear kitchen or hate it.
