We have a rear kitchen - mainly because we wanted a big side window as we boondock in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana and we love looking out the sides of the 5th rather than out the back. We have had no problems with broken items or cabinets opening and have pulled it across many washboarded and rough forest/BLM roads.
