Not a direct answer to your question, but, I have a mid kitchen, rear living room in my sunnybrook. Because my kitchen is also one of the slideouts, it does not really get in the way of the living area, when cooking. If you are choosing a trailer with no slideouts, then I would go with a rear kitchen, to keep it out of the way, so to speak.
