Our very first 5th wheel had a rear kitchen and we loved it. We never traveled in it though. We bought it to live in while we built our house. The only problem I could see with it if we were to travel with it would be the fact that ours would have no access to fridge while traveling. If it were me, I'd want to make sure fridge and bathroom were accessible without opening slides before I bought. To some though, that is not a big deal. Just get what you like and go camping :)
