Rear Kitchen VS Rear Living Room

I've never owned a 5th wheel, but I'm looking around. I have, however, lived full-time in a Class C for 18 months. I'm visually oriented, I love nature. I want to be able to see the views out of my windows and so often in back-in campsites, such as at lake shores, that's where the best view is. I want a reclining chair, a beer and a bag of chips as I gaze out the rear window at sunset. LOL
