Rear Kitchen VS Rear Living Room

Thanks for all of the replies and good insight. We looked at some today with a rear living area and we liked them. We still haven't been in one with a rear kitchen.
I think I would like the rear living area better but the rear kitchens do seem like they have more useable space just looking at the floor plans. I don't think we would be dissatisfied with either though. Since we are in the market for a smaller unit I think we'll try to find a rear kitchen. Well,,,,,,, that is unless we find a good rear living in good shape for a good price.
