Rear Kitchen VS Rear Living Room

For me it would be a RET with the tv in the rear and one that goes up and down. Two slides on opposite sides, one with a sofa the other with two recliners. Kitchen in the center. Table and chairs on the curb side.
That way you get a nice size kitchen, a view out the rear or either side.
Only down side is the tv is in the rear and not directly facing either seating area. A swing arm on the tv would cure that.
Best of both worlds.
