Rear Kitchen VS Rear Living Room

I've been looking for a 5th wheel and would like to know any positives or negatives of each. I can't think of any except for appearances but I'd like to check with some experienced people just to make sure. I like the look of a rear living room but have found a rear kitchen that I'm considering.
