Is it a leveling jack or a stabilizing jack? More than likely, a stabilizing jack. Those are not meant to level, but to reduce the bounce of the unit.. That could be the reason why the motor let go. Anyways, the motors should be able to be found on any RV store or Amazon. Do you know the brand? Possibly a BAL?
