We want to avoid anything permanent and on the outside. It needs to mount inside between the window and blind.
It is NOT permanent, they also use 3M adhesive on the mounts.. They are removable.

Thanks. A little more than we are wanting to do. If we stayed in a hot climate year around full timing then this would be a good route to take.
