Rear window reflective sun shade

Anyone here purchase a reflective sunshade for the rear window in their fifth wheel? We have a Bighorn with the rear window measuring 69" wide by 46" tall. I know we can buy the rolled reflective insulation material (Reflectix) and piece one together but I'm looking for something ready-made that we can just pop in and out as needed. Parked at home, it gets the west setting sun which really heats it up in the summer. After putting this material in two upstairs west facing bedrooms and feeling a significant cool down, having something like this specifically made for a FW rear window would be great. I've searched but so far all the ready-mades are for motorhomes, semis, or small trailer windows.
  • You will do better for summer solar heat transfer if you put the screen on the outside of the RV. Do not let the heat into the RV.

If you have to have it on the inside, look at MCD as they make roll up solar screens. We have had them on two RVS.

A few years back we purchased this for our old RV and it worked really well…. It must be removed for travel..

We want to avoid anything permanent and on the outside. It needs to mount inside between the window and blind.

Would a motorhome windshield sunshade work for your big window? I used a regular size folding kind in my fifth-wheel rear window. Worked great. Or buy a roll of it at Lowe's or Home Depot and cut to size?

The width of our window is the issue, unless we flip them and use two.
