Congratulations on your pending trailer. You have nice new gear, I would consider protecting both your truck and trailer with an air ride hitch. Trailer Saver BD3 will work perfectly with your MorRyde pin box. Comfortable tow alone is worth the extra expense over a solid mount B&W.
I installed toppers on my trailer, Dometic I think, and I like them. They pool water somewhat, so what, the water rolls off when you bring in the slide. You live in the NW, blowing off or sweeping wet fir needles doesn't work too well. Toppers eliminate a time consuming step during tear down. I have no desire to get on top of a 13 ft high wet fifth wheel in the rain or carry a ladder sufficient to reach a high bedroom slide.
