Cedar Creek makes one but its GVWR is 18K. I think cougar makes one, 326SRX that has front bedroom but a smaller garage, it might work for your truck as its around 13.5 GVWR. Thing you have to keep in mind also is the fact you'll always be on your hands and knees while in the bedroom when its over the garage.
Personally I don't believe you'll find a hauler like your wanting that your truck can handle...mostly because of the pin weight put on your truck. At a 17.5K GVWR you'll have a minimum of 3000 lbs on your axle and probably more, not counting your hitch.
