Personally I don't believe you'll find a hauler like your wanting that your truck can handle...mostly because of the pin weight put on your truck. At a 17.5K GVWR you'll have a minimum of 3000 lbs on your axle and probably more, not counting your hitch.
I think you are most likely correct. We'll probably need to give up on the desired floor plan to get a TH that fits the truck or get a bigger truck that fits the desired floor plan.
She wants BIG, but she never drives, go figure. Fortunately we're in zero hurry and are just looking around right now.
