Bought our 36 SB3 07.5 in late 11 at about 1/2 of new price. Still can sell for close to that same price. We have lived in it full time since 11/11.
Personally I would never pull a DRV with a SRW! I think Randu's MS is the "light" version! I have 4,500# pin weight and near 19K loaded weight.
The other RV's you mentioned are not in the same class. Just compare frames.
