So whats the criteria used that determines riding year round at one area, or a few months at another? California? LOL.

Agreed so if you have at RED STICKER bike and say you want to ride in Gorman right now you can't because of LA smog. But it does not makes since to not let you ride in the Forest areas like say Arrowhead or Big Bear areas it BSDirtclods wrote:

I was at the local Honda equipment dealer buying a belt amd blade, and a sales person was attempting to talk me into a new mower. She said at least a half dozen times "it's CARB compliant" as a selling point LOL. Seeing we are in rural PA I would like to know why that would sway me into a purchase. I am not coming out there to Cali to cut anyones grass? California has also found that absolutely everything on the planet either manufactured or natural causes cancer, except for Tofu.
