Redline by Fleetwood 23fs Ramp repair

Question

I am looking at purchasing a Redline by Fleetwood and found that the one i am currently looking at has some damage to the ramp door. Seem like rotted wood. Does anyone know how difficult it would be do replace the wood in the ramp?

I'd reach out to some place like SoCal RV Doctor for a quote. Personally I wouldn't knowingly buy anything that had rotted out unless it was **** near free.

If you are buying a particular RV for the ramp, and the ramp has rotten wood....why buy that RV?
