Having been on this forum for something like 12 years, I have read considerably on these gooseneck versus regular hitch threads. Seen links posted by owners showing results of such use.
And find that no matter how much mathematical, use of physics, or other analogies used to demonstrate the effect of a lever on force, those that use goosenecks will continue to deny they had any affect at all on what has happened to their fifth wheel.
So no use wasting any more band width here. The mind is a made up thing, and no amount of facts is going to change it.
