Many of us have dealt with this issue. The standard Reese release handle is far longer and taller than it needs to be. So we modify it. I cut mine and drilled a new hole for the cotter. Others have rebent the handle. I don't believe anything is available off the shelf. Something you have to do yourself.
Here is a not very good pic of mine. I shortened the tube and rotated the handle downward. Redrilled for the cotter. This handle will still touch my Retrax cover if the hitch head tilts fully to the right when unhitched. I use a bungee to keep it tilted to the left. Keeps it from banging around too.
