From NJ. Thinking of relocating in a year or two. Any ideas in the eastern tenn west sc west nc. Any suggestions would help.

If you really want some beautiful country, Ashville NC to Morganton NC is a wonderful part of the country to live. I lived near Morganton (a life time ago), and absolutely loved that area. The geographical area is call "The Piedmont", it's that area right before ascending into the Smokey Mountains. Be prepared to adjust to a "different" life style though. You'll have to learn to really SLOW down you're pace!
