Well I did another test prior to pulling the gears again and it's working fine now. Even after tightening the bolts. Yesterday I'd run it dry for about 40 seconds and maybe that caused it to heat up and expand or something but now it's all good. I did try and get part numbers off it to check on ordering a spare set of gears but the only number I can find is for the electric motor. The pump itself doesn't have a single identifying label for P/N or even manufacturer. Not sure if a gear set like this link (http://www.buyautotruckaccessories.com/product.cfm/cf-bin/pn.gpi-overhaul-kits/ ) will work or not. Price is about right for a spare though.
