Replace OEM tires with 2 years life left?

We're picking up a new 2018 Cougar 310RLS on Friday. Our 2011 Elkridge 29RKSA will go up on consignment tomorrow.

The OEM Trailer King tires (235/80/16) have about two years life left based on the DOT code and 6 year max life before replacement rule-of-thumb.

Suggestions/advice on whether to run the OEM tires for a bit, or just buy the cheap insurance in terms of replacements now? I'd likely go with Maxxis if I do replace them, but wanted to hear from the forum for advice please...

If it were mine; I would replace them ASAP.

do a really good inspection, any minor cracks I,d change them ,just ain,t worth the damage a tire causes when it starts flopping under your rv. p.s who,the guru that says tires will go 6yrs. some less some a lot more.

Wait to the very last minute.
Peace of mind is over-rated.

I realize...but any interest earned goes right out the window in the case of a blowout. I'm really trying to determine how much risk there is with that brand of tire from the factory....
